Why is my tracking number not working?
Most of our orders (about 90%) include a tracking number. However, in some cases, your order may not have one.
You will receive your tracking number via email within a few days of placing your order. Please make sure you copy and paste it correctly when tracking.
If your order doesn’t have a tracking code, please contact us at HappyHaulshoponline@gmail.com, and we’ll do our best to provide shipment details.

How do I know if my order has been shipped?
Once your items are dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email at your registered email address and a notification on the phone number you provided at checkout.
Tracking information is typically available within a few days after dispatch. You can also check the status on our online order tracking page.

The tracking site says “Delivered” but I haven’t received my package. What should I do?
Sometimes, postal services mark an order as “Delivered” once it arrives at your local post office, even if it hasn’t reached your home yet.
Please wait a few more days for final delivery, or contact your local post office as they may be holding the package for you.

Yes, Happy Haul ships worldwide every day. Shipping is available to most countries across the globe.

How long does it take for my order to ship?
All items go through a short handling period before dispatch.
99% of orders leave our warehouse within 1–3 business days after payment.
You will be notified by email once your order has been shipped.

My order did not arrive on time. What should I do?
If your items have not arrived within 45 business days from the purchase date, please contact us at HappyHaulshoponline@gmail.com for assistance.

Where is my package shipped from?
We ship from multiple warehouses located in Pakistan, UAE, China, and the United States.


FAQs Related to Returns, Refunds, and After Payment

What if I receive a damaged or faulty product?
If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please send us photographic or video proof within 12 hours of delivery. We will promptly send you a replacement item.

My package is stuck in customs. What can I do?
Customs, postal services, and courier companies are independent entities. Therefore, we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by customs in your country.
Customs fees and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. For more details, please contact your local customs office.
If your order is delayed at customs, we recommend contacting them directly to release your package.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Once an order is placed, it is immediately sent to our shipping department for processing (within 1–3 business days).
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible after placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate the change.
